- Impersonating or pretending to be another user
- Using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity
- Sharing your account or allowing others to use it
Payment, Transaction, and Currency Information
All transactions on the lembu99 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into their account are from legitimate sources and are their own.
Deposits can be made via payment methods supported by the platform, including local bank transfers through FPX and approved e-wallets. Minimum deposit limits are stated in the payments section of your account. Funds deposited for gaming purposes are non-refundable except in cases of verifiable technical issues.
Withdrawal of winnings is subject to identity verification and compliance with the applicable wagering requirements. lembu99 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security and compliance review purposes. Any attempt to circumvent wagering requirements or exploit promotions in bad faith may result in the forfeiture of winnings and account termination.
Users are solely responsible for any taxes, levies, or charges that may apply to their winnings under applicable Malaysian tax law. lembu99 is not obligated to issue tax statements on behalf of users and advises users to consult a qualified financial or tax advisor if necessary.
Liability Limits, Service Disruptions, and Intellectual Property
Lembu99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial loss, data loss, or business interruption. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will operate free from disruptions or errors at all times.
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and visual elements on the lembu99 platform are the exclusive property of lembu99 or its relevant third-party licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from lembu99. Any infringement of these intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
The lembu99 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for users' convenience. lembu99 has no control over the content or policies of such third parties and accepts no responsibility for any consequences arising from the use of third-party services. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of third-party websites separately.
Lembu99 is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, server failures, internet connectivity issues, or user device malfunctions. In situations where a technical disruption affects the outcome of a game, lembu99 reserves the right to conduct a review and make a final decision based on stored system records.
Account Suspension, Termination, and Governing Law
Lembu99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time and without prior notice if the user is found to have breached any of the terms set out in this document. Such action may also be taken where suspicious activity, fraudulent attempts, or any conduct that could compromise the integrity of the platform is detected.
If your account is suspended or terminated due to a terms violation, any account balance linked to fraudulent activity or the breach may be forfeited to lembu99. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the competent courts of Malaysia.
Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the terms as a whole, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
